    My Dualshock 4 is only charging when it is plugged.


    I have Windows 11 laptop.I have used dualshock 4 controller plugged with usb.But two weeks ago it started not to work.I can use it with bluetooth but some applications doesn't recognize bluetooth.So ı must use it as plugged.But it is only charging and lightning yellow.Please help me!

    Hi Emin Kılıç，

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    From what you've described, it could be a drive problem. Please press the keyboard Windows Logo+X to open the menu and then open the Device Manager. In Device Manager, check to see if you can see the name Dualshock 4 in sound, Video, and Game Controllers. If you can see it, right click on it and select "Uninstall Device." Then unplug the USB connection and plug it back in.

    If you do not see Dualshock 4, please check whether there are unknown devices with "question mark" or "exclamation mark" in the device list. If there is any problem, please provide a screenshot so that I can further confirm the problem.

    My Dualshock 4 is only charging when it is plugged.

    Can't connect Dualshock 4 to pc

    Dualshock 4 doesn't appear in the list when trying to connect to it with bluetooth.

    It also doesn's appear on other bluetooth devices.
