Windows 10: My E drive not opening

When a I try to open my drive which is locked by bit locker but its not asking for password and not respondin, and my bit locker is also missing from controol pannnel, when I check it on service its showing data encryption is not availabale

• Press Windows key + R and select Device Manager from the list.
• Expand DVD/CD-ROM drives.
• Right click on the driver and select update driver software.

Unable to open the e-mails in Mail app.

As an initial step, I suggest you to check for any pending updates in Windows. Follow the below steps;

• Press Windows key+ I to open the
  Settings.
• 
  Click on Update & security, then click on
  Windows Update.

  Select Check for updates. If Windows Update says that your PC is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available.

exterior hard drive usable?

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Plug USB hard drive into old computer.
• Open File Explorer (Win+E) and open the USB drive.
• Open another File Explorer window and open your documents folder.
• Drag files to the USB drive.
• Move drive to new computer.
• Drag files to their new homes in the matching documents/pictures/videos/whatever folders you use to organize.
