Windows 10: My e-mail doesn't show on my computer but does go to the supplier - Spectrum. they have me...

My e-mail doesn't show on my pc computer, windows10. I have not received e-mails for 2 days. I contacted spectrum provider and everything is OK on their end. If I want to see the e-mails, I can't see them on my computer, but I have to go into Spectrum e-mail to see them. I wrote an e-mail this morning and it went to what is called "Outbox". It wasn't sent. Yesterday I deleted a lot of e-mails, but I don't think I deleted anything about Microsoft. There is a message across my e-mail page that reads "we couldn't access this account. Rr. You might need to update your password or give the

:)

 

E-mail doesn´t send...

I have just configured my E51 for e-mail...(POP3)

I tried writing an e-mail...no problem!

I klick on "send"...the phone starts sending...and sending...and sending...and sending...etc...

After about 5 minutes I aborted the operation.

There must be something wrong! Right???

I just tried to send "test"...

I can´t take more than 5 minutes to send a small e-mail like that!!!???

I have tried to configure my e-mail account over and over...

Same result!

What is wrong?? Please help!

 

Problems with Windows 10 and Spectrum E mail slowing down and then locking up.

Hi Greg Carmack: Thank you for your interest and help with my Spectrum E mail slowing in response and finally locking up regardless of the browser I use. I am 74 and have been retired too long to really keep up with even the basics of the internet. You
have a wealth of knowledge.

The only problem I have with this slow down and finally lock up on the internet is with my Spectrum E mail. I have had Spectrum, formerly Charter Communications, since my first personal computer. I have so many contacts that a change in E mail address would
be a big problem for me.

If I understand you , I could keep my same e mail address and register it through a Microsoft e mail app. I will check this out. The strange thing is my wife has an I Pad 4 and uses Edge with Spectrum and has no problems !! I will have to look at the app
closer if I can figure it out.

I can receive but not send email through Spectrum with Windows 10 mail

My Win 10 computer, using Windows Mail, can recieve mail from my Spectrum but cannot send. I am using the correct server settings according to Spectrum. Any suggestions on what to try. Spectrum says that because i can send and receive via their web
mail it isnt their problem.
