Windows 10: My ears are not grateful to Microsoft

My ears are not grateful to Microsoft More like Microbrain for making a total mess of Realtek. Us with hearing problems found the Realtek audio manager, which include a graphic equalizer, very helpful. So MS decide to wipe it out. Are MS are a bunch of discriminating bigots or just totally out of touch with the real world?

Method 1: Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Ear phone. Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter

I suggest you to update all the drivers from the manufacturer web site and install and check if it helps

7373 "no devices found"(ear piece)

Hi,

I have a motorola ear piece which i've used without any problem on a couple of nokia phones.

Got the 7373 yesterday, and it won't pick it up. followed the steps in the booklet, but keep getting the message "no devices found" even though the ear piece is on and beside it.

Any suggestions?
