Windows 10: My email has been changed to a rambler.ru address by hacker

My computer was recently hacked and my account’s email got changed from a gmail address to an @rambler.ru one.I managed to get the account back by filling out the account verification form. I couldn’t change my email back to gmail address, since it takes 30 days to verify and apply the change. The hacker simply use his rambler address to change my password and cancel the email changing process. Is there anyway I can speed up the process? I’m annoyed having to fill out the account verification form every day.Please sent the reply to my previous gmail address as I clearly don’t have access to th

okay so, the hacker changed the email and pass I already recovered it once but then they changed the password again it clearly pisses me off the domain of the email is "rambler,ru" I woke up to this. I have a MInecraft account connected to this so I need this to be recovered or i'll lose all my data. Thanks
