Windows 10: my email needs to be moved into outlook

can someone call me please. MY IT department has attempted to fix my email so it's in Outlook but was unsuccessful. Could someone please call me

SO today my friend asked me if i could post this question on the forum:



He wants to configure a outlook account with 1 email, with that outlook account he wants to run the same account in 2 diferent computers he wants the both computer to be connected in network, for example:

• he receives a email and that email is sent to each computer;
• he deletes a email from one computer and it also deletes on the other;
• he moves a email to a folder it also moves on the other computer;

If you guys can help me would be nice!

You can use the Outlook quick-steps to create a genrous steps command to manually move emails to a specific folder. FYI Automate common or repetitive tasks with Quick Steps - Microsoft Support.

Or if you don't want to manually move emails, you can also create some inbox rules in the Outlook to automatically move emails into specific folders. For example, the emails received from somebody, then move the emails into xxx folder. For your reference Manage email messages by using rules - Microsoft Support.
