    Hi, I am using Office 2019 Home and Business at work and sometimes my recipients receive my mails from a weird email address, not mine. something like [email protected]. My email address is [email protected] I've seen this official article from Microsoft about a known issue that describes exactly what seem to be my issue: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...d-a3b79ea4eafd But, in this article, they say it's only if i connect my "Outlook.com", and in this case I have my company's domain, and the server is not connected to Office365, it's a standalone Exchange server of our company. How can I check if there's nothing malicious that is causing this issue? These are sensitive emails And also it's written that they're actively working on it but the last updated it in 2018.. so they just left it like that? No fixes?

    Mail App: Removing drop down email address suggestions

    I'm not a big fan of the MS Mail program and don't really use it for serious stuff but somehow or other if I create a new email then as I start to enter the recipients address a whole load of suggestions will appear. I don't have any contacts in the People app so I'm not sure where these come from.

    The question is how can I clear this list so that I no longer get the suggestions?

    I think you have a misunderstanding.

    Excerpt from this Source :

    3. If a recipient uses the “Reply to All” option, the reply will not be sent to those individuals in the BCC: field.

    RE ................    Another is the fact that being among "undisclosed recipients" tends to raise suspicions that something underhand is afoot.

    I don't have a good solution for you except putting your name in the Subject field, i.e. "From Hairy Scot".
    Assuming your recipients know who you are. Hopefully that will clear the suspicion.
