Windows 10: My envy hp laptop is constantly disconnecting from the wifi

How can I fix my envy hp laptop from constantly disconnecting from the wifi . It's doing it every few seconds despite restarting

HP envy no wifi

My HP envy 360 laptop stopped connecting to wifi. The wifi works on my other devices so I know the problem is with the laptop. It does not show wifi as an option to connect to. I’ve tried the network reset option but can’t fix this issue. I can’t download the latest Windows Update because I can’t connect to wifi. How do I fix this?

• If you have an identical laptop try comparing the wifi and security settings of the one that does not disconnect with the one that does. If you find any differences change the settings of the one that does not work to the one that does.
