Windows 10: My ERP Server 2019 is C Drive Getting Full for no reason

HiMy ERP server Windows Os 2019 having an issue that the C Drive Getting Full for no reason, total size of the C drive is 249 GB and now only remaining 37 GB. Daily it is reducing 2GB. So I am afraid that after some time it will break down. So kindly help me to fix it.

Downgrade of Microsoft SQL server standard to SQL server standard

Am running SQL server standard edition 2016 on my ERP production environment.

I would like to get a redundant high availability server and the license am getting since we are a not for profit org is as shown below.

1. SQLSvrStd 2019 SNGL OLP NL Chrty, SQLCAL 2019 SNGL OLP NL Chrty UsrCAL

Will these (bullet 1. ) work for my mirror server? or can it be converted/downgraded to 2016 sql server standard.
