Windows 10: MY ERROR IS AN ILLEGAL STATE CHANGE HAS BEEN REQUESTED

I WANT TO SIGN IN MY ASPHALT 9 XBOX ACCOUNT AND WHEN I TRY TO SIGN IN WITH THE PHONE NUMBER IT SHOWS AN ILEEGAL STATE CHANGE HAS BEEN REQUESTED AND WHEN I TRY TO SIGN IN WITH THE GMAIL IT SHOWS MICROSOFT ACCOUNT DOESONT EXIST I DONT USE PASSWORD TO SIGNIN I USE A MICROSOFT AUTHENTICATOR APP FOR SIGN IN PLEASE HEL ME OUT FROM THIS PROBLEM , I CAN EASILY SIGN IN THE BROWSER AND ON THE ANDROID APP OF XBOX BUT NOT IN THE XBOX AND ASPHALT 9 GAME AND EVEN I CAN EASILT SIGN IN THE MICROSOFT STORE.PLEASE HEL ME AS YOU CAN

Illegal state change request???

When I tried to sign in I was told, We are unable to sign you in. An illegal state change was requested? What does that mean? I did not ask for any change!

I basically have the same question as here. I have reset the password. Added information to my Microsoft account. I receive the "Illegal State was requested" when verifying my account in "your info".

I'll also point out there are a number of people asking this. This issue is preventing me from changing the email on my computer to the more current one.

 

Illegal State Change Requested?

I've been trying to sign in to my Microsoft account so I could update my computer to Windows 11 for what's felt like a year. I recently tried signing in to recover some information but got an "Illegal State Change Requested" notification when I did. I never requested any change or such. The best I can remember is trying to delete my account a few years ago but decided not to. I need this fixed ASAP.
