My Ethernet packets sent/received are both 0kbps on task manager.

I’ve been trying to play games but my ping is consistently high so i went to check it and I constantly have been getting 0kbps sent and received packets through my Ethernet. I have absolutely no clue what to do and am really stuck. I’ve tried searching up on it but can find nothing like my situation. I’ve tried using speed test sites and when I do, it surprisingly shoots back up to mbps but the moment the test is done it goes back to 0kbps. I’m really getting fussed over this and would appreciate some help.

    :)

Why does the new Windows 10 wifi analyzer show 0kbps for both send and receive

Where can I find the log for connection and packet transfers to see when the dropouts occurred?

My Ethernet packets sent/received are both 0kbps on task manager.

    Sent versus received packet data?

TCP/IP soon gets very nerdy, I still don't understand all of it.

My Nokia N8 usually end up having received around 6 times more than it sent at the end of the month. An average incoming packet size is often estimated at ~600 bytes and 64 bytes is required for each outgoing control packet. The numbers reverse when uploading,
and there are fewer outgoing control packets required when receiving streaming media - but there is always both sent and received packets when using a data connection:

Danes are spoiled with affordable prepaid plans including several Gigabytes data per month, and more hours of voice calls than anyone want to listen to me.

I ran away from PAYG after using the N8 less than two weeks back in 2011. ;-)

    Cheers,

    Hans
