Windows 10: My ethernet status is extremely unstable after months of it working fine

I have an ethernet connection in my apartment, which has worked fine since I moved in in August. Over the past week, my ethernet has been extremely unstable. Sometimes it will be fine, and others it will be very unstable. I play video games and a major problem I am running into is my ping spiking about every 10 seconds. I am not sure what I should do to fix this.

Anyway everything works fine except for the ethernet port. Under device manager it is listed as "Ethernet Controller", under the category of "unknown devices" (along with several other unknown devices).

Last year, I tried to update my Win10 system, but I had put the update on hold because it constantly gave me errors.

It was around this time that I had a problem with my Ethernet. I have not been able to connect to my Ethernet, but the wifi is working. Since our network is provided by a Single Digits Incorporated company, we don't need to set up any router. Just log in with our username and password and use it directly, same with Ethernet.

But since the Win10 system update error, my Ethernet is not connected successfully. I reinstalled Win10 to the latest system a few months ago, but the Ethernet still won't connect. I tried contacting Single Digits, but they said their network is fine, so I'm wondering if there's something wrong with my computer itself.

I had a high-speed Ethernet network, but now, the network is prolonged after using wifi. I desperately need help.

 

Ethernet on PC is extremely slow. WIFI works completely fine.

My WIFI works perfectly fine. I have Starlink and that is running through 2 Powerline Adapters through the house to 2 other routers. The WIFI is working great on all routers, however my ethernet for my PC is extremely slow. I am only seeing speeds of 7Mbps but over WIFI I am getting 200Mbps+. I have tried basically every possible fix on my PC that I could find and it is still not working properly. Any ideas?
