    My evoo laptop keyboard not working, fn cap locks and shifts are not working and when I press certain keys numbers and letters appear for example press a give me 1a, space bar gives 1 I’ve done a factory reset and it still happening please any advice

    Number Lock Fn on EVOO Laptop

    Hi ,

    I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

    Try pressing Fn + NumLk key or Fn + Shift + NumLk to see if that releases the Num Lock on your keyboard . . .

    If you do not have a Numlock Key, try Fn + Caps Lock or Fn + Shift + Caps Lock

    Caps Lock not working on PC

    Not sure what I am looking for. It says that the keyboard is working fine. If I turn on Caps Lock now, it keeps typing lowercase, so it's not just within MS Office. If I click on Caps Lock and Shift, it capitalizes everything. I have to click on Caps Lock
    and Shift again to go back to lowercase.
