Windows 10: my explorer.exe keeps crashing

my explorer keeps crashing on startup and in some full windowed programs when there not in full window its fine but the moment it goes full window it crashes explorer.exe and even sometimes the program as well if I use task manager to kill the task explorer.exe everything runs well with no problem I've already uninstalled my graphics driver and re installed it I also did a system restore a repair I used command prompt to run sfc scan and many other ones to try to fix this and nothing has changed things keep getting worse by the moment now one of my programs Game: Maneater freezes the pc to t

I did the steps you wrote. All the settings were as you suggested. The File Explorer keeps crashing.

Open a terminal by typing CMD in the search. than type or copy paste

sfc /scannow

This will take a bit of time

I noticed you are using Norton 360 antivirus. I suggest shutting down Norton and keep it off on a reboot see if the windows explorer stops crashing.

Even if I restart my computer explorer crashes every once in a while.

I have attached a list of my non Microsoft Shell Extensions from ShellXView, so any idea of which ones could be causing issues and that I should disable first?
