Windows 10: My exported files won't save to documents anymore, instead they only show up unless I...

I use an editing software that would usually render videos to my documents folder but now my videos won't show up anymore unless I search for them under This PC, which also takes a few minutes to load. :

Exporting favorites from IE 11 to bookmark file

Please follow the steps:

• 
  Open the desktop, then tap or click the Internet Explorer icon on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Tap or click the Favourites star.
  
• 
  From the drop-down menu, tap or click Import and export.
  
• 
  In the Import/Export Settings dialogue box, select Export to a file, then tap or click
  Next.
  
• 
  Select Favourites (and any other settings) that you'd like to export, then tap or click
  Next.
  
• 
  Select the folders of favourites that you want to export, then tap or click
  Next. Internet Explorer automatically exports all subfolders.
  
• 
  By default, Internet Explorer creates a file called bookmark.htm in your Documents folder. If you want to store the exported favourites to somewhere other than Documents (such as a disc or a flash drive), tap or click
  Browse, then select a different drive. Tap or click Save.
  
• 
  Click Finish.

• Did you sign in as administrator?
• Is the issue specific saving the file to this particular folder?
• What type of file are you trying to save?
• Did you install any third party security application?

This issue may arise when the user account that you have logged does not have Administrature previlage.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

1) Press　Windows + r　and type　netplwiz, press Enter.

2) Check for the　Administrator account.

3) Log Off from your computer and Login through　Administrator account.

4) Again press　Windows + r　and type　netplwiz, press Enter.

5) Select your　Microsoft Account　and click on　Properties　button.

6) Click on　Group Membership　tab and check on　Administrator.

7) Log off from your computer and try logging in through　Microsoft account.
