    My Family Tree Application


    When I purchased a new Windows 10 computer I was able to transfer my family tree through a GEDCOM file. The new computer offered, through Microsoft Store, the application 'My Family Tree' which was free from the store. I downloaded this and it accepted the GEDCOM file quite happily but after a few days the application would no longer open.


    I decided to delete the application from 'add or remove programs' from the systems settings and to start again by reloading the application but this it has refused to do. It claims that it has already been downloaded.


    Is there any way I can get 'My Family Tree' to reload and to work properly?
