Windows 10: My fan is always on but I bought the computer late 2022?

I just got this laptop October 2022 and my fan keeps running even if there is 1 Google Chrome tab open playing a YT video. I thought its because I was in an Asian country near the hot equator so I just accepted it. However now in a much cooler climate of an average 5 degrees C, the fan is still constantly running. What could be the issue and how can I solve this?My Laptop specs below: Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 6800H with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz Installed RAM: 32.0 GB 31.3 GB usable System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

• Carefully blow out the dust from all the vents on the sides and underneath.
• Only use laptops on hard surfaces without any coverings on that surface.
• If it is a rattle / clicking type noise then it will need a Technician to replace the fan and completely clean out any dust / hair or other debris that may be trapped within the laptops casings and fan assembly.

As has been suggested, do something to make the card work and look to see if that second fan starts spinning.

My 2070 doesnt at all unless its being worked.

This is not new technology.

This is an easy step to troubleshoot so why not try it?
