my file manager isn't responding, i tried to resolve it with the articles on microsoft but nothing seems to be working. i am not even able to attach a screenshot for the same. kindly look into it and resolve it asap.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.

I kept punching and finally resolved my issue. I tried several things unfortunately did not record my attempts. regretfully. But thanks for your prompt reply.

I have another raging issue I need to resolve and that is as follows: I havetwo
pc's and for a very long time receive a failure when trying to roll back to a previous restore point. I have an E3 Sharepoint account and a random file is noted upon each failure for the Business Onedrive. I have tried closing my OneDrive
account without success. Support for my E3 plan called me regarding this issue and told me it belonged to a different department but I have never progressed my issue.

I manage to successfully perform a roll back by holding down the windows key + shiftkey and selecting Restart. then followed the prompts. This method bypassed the newbie method but it worked.

So, any suggestions appreciated. This issue has been unresolved long before the fall update.
