Windows 10: my files, apps, games and like everything else except chrome, minecraft, and roblox wont open

no downloads, files, or apps will open up on my pc??? steam and like all of my games wont open i try the app in the windows bar and the app file and its unresponsive on the main app thing on my desktop and it says permission error on the steam setup like downlaod link even though im on my main acc on this pc and the stuff im trying to open usually works but now like i cant even open steam? GTA V almost opened but steam said it wasnt responding and minecraft only opens on the minecraft.exe one when i look up minecraft in the windows bar and steam is like completely broken and so is everyhting else and when i download anythjing from chrome or microsoft edge it doesnt open iits unresponsive and i tried fully resetting ym pc wiping everything and it said error so like everything ive tried doesnt work and ive tried restarting my pc and shit that doesnt work either and it could maybe be a virus but i cant even download an anti virus and im rlly hoping its not but im scared to admit it might be IDK PLS HEL THIS HAS LASTED LIKE TWO WEEKS ALL I WANNA PLAY IS GTA PLEASE HELP this might be rlly like incoherent like hard to read or whaetver but im typing fast so idrc as long as you can understand me

roblox wont open

i use windows 10 and i downloaded roblox from the microsoft store and it wont open it closes the minute it opens so i tried to open their website and it will also not open

 

Why did Roblox install itself?

Roblox is a game that a lot of kids play. It's almost like a mix of Minecraft and Lego. If you have kids that have access to your computer, that may explain things a bit.
