Windows 10: My files are missing after being completely transferred but not deleted permanently not...

Yesterday, Me and my friends went for a tour and we took like 500 pics. I transferred them to my pc today which then i showed to other friends. Then i was doing some work and when i was about to send to my friends They were missing. I tried some recovery apps on my pc and phone but they were missing! I transferred via Micro usb cable my phone is old.They were no backups, recover points or anything else.I remember when it is finished i clicked ctrl z but nothing happened cuz my phone is completely disconnected but cable is still there.Please help fast my friends are kinda killing me for thos

Can some one tell me how to permanently delete files that i delete from the recycle bin.?

OMG. I have never met anyone who actually bought one of those file transfer things.



Firewire will do the same as USB, but faster, so will a cheap crossover cable. I can wlak you through the steps of moving data so you will not miss a beat.




Anything more than $10 to buy a cable is too much.

 

How to Disable Permanently Delete Files

Hi Andrew,

Whenever you delete a file or folder, Windows asks for your confirmation before moving it to Recycle Bin but Microsoft has removed this confirmation on some versions (Windows 8). Since you are using Windows 10, you can choose whether to have the file deleted
permanently or not.

If you also want to re-enable delete confirmation dialog, kindly the follow the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin.
  
• Click on Properties, untick the option Don't move files to the Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted.
  
• Click Ok to save the changes.
