Windows 10: My Fn + Arrow Keys can't adjust volume and brightness anymore

To be more specific, I used to use Fn + horizontal arrow keys to adjust the volume and Fn + vertical arrow keys to adjust the brightness. It's been like that since I first got this laptop, they even have logos of the sun and speaker on the keys to indicate what they do but recently, they stopped doing that and when I press Fn + Left arrow key while I have a window open for example, it goes from full screen to windowed and fills the entire left side of my screen and ending perfectly in the middle and when I press Fn + Up arrow key, it goes back to full screen. Hi, There's a the slider for brightness at the bottom of the Action Centre (build 1903).

If you'd be prepared to consider an alternative... how about smooth control of brightness using your scroll wheel?
Press a key, plus scroll, and adjust your brightness.

The key and the steps are your choice.

Oh, and it can adjust volume similarly.

Works nicely on my Lenovo Thinkpad, where the Fn key steps for brightness are a bit harsh.

Reverse Function Keys to default to volume/brightness adjust

I recently bought a Samsung computer with Windows 11.

On the top row of the keyboard are the Function keys (F1, F2, F12, etc) which also double as the brightness adjust, volume adjust, etc.

When I press those keys by themselves, it works as the function keys (F1, F2, etc)

However, when I hold Fn and press those keys, the keys work as the volume adjust and such.

Is there a way to reverse this, so by pressing the keys by themselves they adjust the volume, and when I hold down Fn, it works as the F1, F2 keys?

Dell e6220 fn keys can't adjust brightness on windows 10

My dell e6220 can't adjust brightness on windows 10 via fn+arrow up/down combination. However it is possible to adjust brightness using power management window, or notification panel. Also, after intel hd 3000 updating driver in device management window,
it's possible to change brightness via fn+arrow up/down combination, until I restart pc.
