Windows 10: My folders are all stuck together and documents replaced my user and music folder

I have no idea what happened! I was trying to redirect my folders somewhere else, I was putting documents back to the C drive, but then it replaced my user folder and it became the user folder, and in the documents, there's a documents folder where my actual files are. But then it completely replaced the music folder as well, so all my music files and user files are in the document folder. That's why there's one document file with the music icon. Please help!

Trouble deleting a folder

Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.

I suggest you to Restore to Default the folders and document settings and see if it helps.

Step 1:

Please follow below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Download folder.
• Right click on the Download Folder and go to Properties.
• In Properties go to Location tab.
• In location Tab Click on Restore Default.

Step 2:

Please follow below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Documents folder.
• Right click on the Document folder and go to Properties.
• In Properties go to Location tab.
• In location Tab Click on Restore Default.

After performing above steps change the settings as you required and check if it helps.
