My friend needs help with his account because he accidentally technically locked himself out of itBefore I continue, I would like to first explain that my friend CANNOT contact Microsoft Support himself, though he may still be logged into his Microsoft account and may possibly remember his account information. There is no Unlock option in Microsoft Account.

Locked out of local account

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
