Windows 10: My friends' account suddenly appeared on my pc instead of mine

Hey,A couple of days ago I came home to find my windows logon screen asking me for a pin to an account that isn't mine.After managing to get into the pc using an admin account I found that my microsoft account was deleted from windows users and that there is a new partition on the hard drive. Event viewer logs seemed crazy as well...Eventually I realized that this account belongs to a friend of mine from college. We both have no idea how that could have happened since he never logged into my pc or even been near it. Someone told me that Moodle the study platform that is us

How to sing-out from my friend account?

Sorry, when I do this step

Go to Settings > Accounts > Your info

Click on Sign in with Microsoft account instead. And do sign-in it says to me this account doesn't exist, enter a different account. And the account of my friend still appears.

Are you saying when you go to Settings > Accounts > Your info, it is now listing your friend's acount?

If so, do these:

Go to Settings > Accounts > Your info

Click on "Stop signing into Microsoft apps automatically". (if you cannot find this, it is ok, continue with the rest).

Click on Sign in as local user instead. follow the steps and finish the rest

Restart the computer (Do Not skip)

Go to Settings > Accounts > Your info

Click on Sign in with Microsoft account instead. follow the steps and finish the rest. This time make sure you sign in with your own Microsoft account.

Restart the computer (Do Not skip)

 

Steam Friends cross play

OK So basically I got the pc game pass. Me n my mate wanted to play Astroneer. Now I bought mine on Microsoft n his on steam however in the xbox app where you download the games I could link my steam. But none of my steam friends appear online or even
on my friends list though it says the account are linked.
