    Hi Kathleen,

    Thanks for the suggestion. I did try them to no avail. I should expand on the issue. This friends list in Microsoft solitaire collections apps not showing up is happening on two lap tops and a desktop machine. The link was interesting. I tried resetting
    the app on one of the laptops and also reinstalled it. Same results. Strange.

    Thanks for the suggestions. Shall keep the link for future reference.

    Black outlines of floating windows

    Hi Nathan,

    The issue might occur due to corrupted display drivers or incompatible drivers.

    I suggest you to update display drivers from device manager and check if it helps.

    To update the drivers, follow the steps below.


    • Type “Device Manager” in search box and press Enter.

    • Right click on the drivers for Display and Touchscreen and select Update.

    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
