    1. Have you tried using different headphone or speaker on your computer?
    2. May I know the make and the model of the headphone you are using?
    3. Are you able to hear the audio from rear jack?


    You can try troubleshooting below to further narrow down to the root cause of the issue.



    Please check the audio cable connection and volume settings before troubleshooting.



    Method 1: Enable jack detection.



    1. Open Realtek HD Audio Manager.
    2. Uncheck Disable front panel jack detection from the
      Connector Settings from the right pane.


    Method 2: Reinstall audio drivers.



    I suggest you to download the audio driver from the motherboard manufacturer website and install it.



    If you still face the issue, reply to this post with the requested information.

    Headphone Jack not working (Windows 10, Dell)

    For over a year now, my headphone jack has not worked. I can hear find on my laptop speakers, my USB headset, and when connected to a LCD monitor with its speakers.

    But the head phone jack, no joy. I thought it might be the I/O or motherboard, but didn't investigate that. For unrelated reasons, the motherboard (i.e. i/o board) was replaced. Headphone jack is still not working.

    I don't see it in the SOUNDS Playback window.

    Doesn't show up in Devices either:

    Issues with headphones or headphone jack could have happened due to hardware issues. To isolate your concern, we suggest that you update your driver. You can follow this
    link     for the steps on how to update drivers in Windows 10.

    If the issue still occurs, we suggest that you contact your manufacturer to check and troubleshoot your hardware issue with headphone jack.
