Windows 10: My Game doesn't appear in volume mixer

I am currently trying to play Persona 5 Strikers on my desktop, but when I start the program it does not appear in the volume mixer.ALL other applications appear to be running fine in the mixer, just not the Persona.I have done these steps from another post, without success:Check to see if the following steps help. a. Click Start.b. Click Control Panel and then on Sound.c. Double click on Speakers.d. Under advanced tab check the option "Al

Xbox Game Bar doesn't show the volume mixer

EDIT:

• Edit 1: still no actual answer for a way to fix this. But I just factory reset my PC, the volume mixer works perfectly now. I know this is not the answer you wanted, but it's all we have
  

Before I go into details do not suggest:

• Fixing my audio driver by updating/removing it
• Resetting the Xbox Game Bar app
• Doing the 'sfc /scannow 'command
• Telling me to use the volume mixer built into windows
• Referring me to the Xbox Game Bar app troubleshooting page

OK, now that we go that out of the way. I have had this problem for about 3 weeks. The issue is that the Xbox Game Bar doesn't display the volume mixer correctly, it only shows the main audio driver's volume mixer and nothing else (no app volume mixer like:
CS:GO, Microsoft Edge Beta, Spotify etc.).

OT- Sound Issues

Since programs are only listed in volume mixer if they are "making sound", and you mute it from volume mixer, how can you get it back as listed on volume mixer because if it's muted from volume mixer then it won't make sound for volume mixer to identify
therefore you can never get it back, but I need volume for the game I'm playing. Is there a way to get it to reappear even though it's permanently muted? I've been searching for an answer but it's all saying to make the program make noise so it registers,
but it's muted from volume mixer, so how do I get it to make noise??

I would like to inform you if a game is permanently muted in volume mixer, then you won’t be getting sound for that particular game. The applications which are having sound option might be listed in the volume mixer if you find those applications in
the volume mixer separately, then you can adjust the volume of those applications separately.
