Windows 10: My game mode keeps turning off whenever my boot my pc on windows 11

Recently I have been having a problem where my game mode is automatically turned on when I start my pc and I have to enable it every time I boot my pc, does any one have a fix for this?

Game Mode keeps turning off on Windows 11, Game Mode is disabled.

I have gone in my settings and turned game mode off (settings>gaming>game mode then turned the switch to off) and also followed the steps I found in this answer Redirecting which are:

1) Press Windows logo key + R and type ‘regedit’ and press Enter.
2) Then locate and select the following registry subkey: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\GameBar
3) Double-click on AllowAutoGameMode and AutoGameModeEnabled DWORD file
4) Find Value Data and change the value to 0
5) Restart the PC

When I followed those steps, the value in step 4 was already set to 0. However, when I am playing a game, game mode will still turn on and off, causing my game to stutter. This is getting very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

I also did this:

2) Then locate and select the following registry subkey:Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\ApplicationManagement\AllowGameDVR

3) Doube-click on value and set it to 1

But that didn't help either
