Windows 10: My Game pass Ultimate won't work on my PC but it works on my Xbox!

Ok, When I bought this computer I thought I would get game pass but I didn't so me and my dad looked all over the internet to figure it out but none of them worked so I'm asking for some assistance or help Thanks -James

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate not working on my PC

I bought Xbox game pass Ultimate edition when they announce it at E3 this year and had it for a month. The game pass works on my Xbox but new Xbox app for Windows doesn't detect me having game pass Ultimate. I don't know why this is happening, my friends
don't have any issues with it currently and I already been contact with support with and they said they will fix it in a month. Its been roughly a month and I don't know if there still working on it. I can download some games, not through the Xbox app but
the store on a browser. I wanted to play Vampyr but I can't download Vampyr through the browser store for some reason. I had this for a month and I haven't really got to use its full feature and this coming month its about to be renewal so I would appreciate
it if my game pass ultimate edition actual works this time.
