Windows 10: My games are lagging for no reason

I use a laptop with i7 10750, 16 gn RAM, Nvidia geforce rtx 2060.My games started lagging a week ago without any new installation or downloads that I might have done I didn't do any. I scanned for malware and everything. Nothing came up. Every program works fine except for games. I tried game mode on and off, still nothing. Even assassins creed 3 remastered was lagging.I tried this on windows website under the question "My pc will lag on games for no reason".Run command prompt in administrator.Type DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and press Enter.After the message of completion
