Windows 10: My games crash at texture resolution full??

Hello so what's odd is, my games that I been playing such as Phasmophobia and Sons Of The Forest and more that I lost count of, I have 4 options on texture resolution. Such as Full, Half, Quarter, and eighth, When I have it on full they crash during the loading screens, I turn it to half I do not crash within like 1 - 3 hours of gameplay, and on quarter i do not crash at all and same with eighth. I want to fix this issue without it reducing my textures ingame.

1. Inconsistent Frame Times: This happens when frame times are inconsistent. You can download a game monitor your frame times. It should be around 16ms for 60fps, 8ms for 120fps and so on. If you see this value fluctuating a lot, it can cause weird stutters like you described.
   
2. Microstutter: One way of combating micro stutter is to disable vsync, but that has its own drawbacks. Now when a frame is ready from the engine, it will show up on your display. The problem now is that this can lead to tearing —where the next frame arrives in the middle of a screen update.
   
3. Game Settings: You could also try adjusting some game settings:
   
   • Lower screen resolution setting
     
   • Toggle VSync or FreeSync
     
   • Decrease anti-aliasing
     
   • Drop texture filtering
     
   • Reduce texture quality

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?

How to Install mods


you can use any non FOMM mod with FOMM i suggest getting FOMM install mods use the option to enable archive invalidation it makes the game engine check for newer textures aka modded items, make sure to check mark the mod so its ON, then use the option to BOSS sort the mods it has a list of nearly all the mods for the game, and it will auto sort them for best results.
