Windows 10: My games only run at 1 fps, how to fix?

I downloaded minecraft on to my windows 11 pc and it would run at only 1 fps i tried a clean boot and stuff but nothing would work until i fully reset my computer keeping my files< and that fixed it for like a day or two but now its aim labs and apex legends that run at 1 fps ive tried seeing my task manager to see whats using up my gpu power but nothing shows up, as ive said i did a clean boot and i dont know what to do at this point.

My games run with horrible fps after upgrading to Windows 10

I own a gaming computer that has never ran into fps problems in the past due to its hardware. Yesterday all of my games played perfectly fine without any form of fps problems. When I updated to windows 10 today I was very excited and after configuring
all my settings I went to play one of my games to find that they now run at a fps so low that I cannot even play my games now! None of my steam games work now. Any suggestions on a fix?

 

After the recent update my fps in games have slowly gone to trash.

Step 1: Disable Game bar.

1. Right-click the Start button.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Gaming.
4. Click Game bar.
5. Click the switch below Record game clips. Screenshots, and broadcast using Game bar so that it turns Off.
   

Step 2: Disable Game DVR.

1. Right-click the Start button.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Gaming.
4. Click Game DVR.
5. Click the switch below Record in the background while I'm playing a game so that it turns Off.

GAMES RUNNING ON LOW FPS AFTER UPDATE

Solution 2: Disable Game bar.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Gaming (Game bar, DVR, broadcasting, Game Mode).
3. Toggle the "ON" switch under “Record game clips, screenshots, and broadcast using Game bar” to “Off”.
4. Uncheck the "Show game bar when I play full-screen games Microsoft has verified" checkbox.

Solution 3: Turn off the Game DVR.

1. Click the Start button, and then type Xbox app to open it.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Click Game DVR.
4. Make sure that the "Record game clips and screenshots using Game DVR" selection is "Off"
