Windows 10: my gaming services are disabled, because of this i cannot access my xbox app on my pc

i was troubleshooting my xbox app since it wasnt working and did a lot of strategies, to keep it simple i tried every strategy in this video: https://youtu.be/fCqKB8E6cKc?si=-NlOwlyaJ8NpCNkbnothing worked ofc, but one after searching the web more the most common option was to open windows powershell as an admin and paste the command get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices remove-AppxPackage -allusers, but when i try to do it this pops up:after all the troubleshooting another problem popped up, i noticed that under services both of my gaming services were disabled, but idk what to do and i n

We appreciate your response and cooperation regarding this matter. Based on your reply, it appears that you need to enable the Xbox services to ensure that the app is up and running. You may follow the steps below to enable Xbox Live services:

• Press the Start button and type Services on the search box.
• On the list of services, look for Xbox Live Auth Manager,
  Xbox Live Game Save, and Xbox Live Networking Service.

The next steps should be done to the three mentioned services above:

• Right click on the service and select Properties.
• Set the Startup type to Automatic. If the service isn't started, click
  Start.
• Save the changes.
• Launch the Xbox App and sign in to your account again.

Xbox App/Gaming services won't install or function

I've been trying to get Gaming Services to function for days. Nothing changed in any of my settings to my knowledge but it stopped working. Xbox App tells me Gaming services needs to be installed to play a game. It attempts to install but does nothing. My App list says that its installed but it doesn't open nor does Xbox App seem to see it. In the General Tab of Xbox App Settings it says "There was a problem loading installation locations. Try again" No amount of trying again, restarting, uninstalling/reinstalling Xbox app or Gaming services app has worked. I've been through all of the troubleshooting lists, google solutions, reddit, Xbox help chat, I've given them remote access, I've followed their instructions, PowerShell, CMD. Everything for days. Still not functioning. I have no idea what else to try.
