Windows 10: My gateway windows 11 will not start windows. I get an error message. Boz titled install...

Error message says the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. Click ok to restart the installation. " it doesn't work. I keep getting the same message.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

[SOLVED] Error 193: 0xc1 .NET Windows Service

Symptom:
When you install a .NET Windows Service, it says there was no error. Yet, when you go to start the service, you get an "Error 193: 0xc1" message and subsequently, the process refuses to start.

Cause:
The binary you installed as a service is not a "Windows Application."

Solution:
Uninstall the old service, change the project output type to "Windows Application" and build it, install the new binary (should be *.exe), and start the service again.


This is just one example of what can cause the error message.

 

Problem installing Windows XP on HP computer

I had a customer ask me to install windows XP on his HP m8530f, which came pre installed with Vista. When I try to install it, it starts to load windows drivers, then as it starts to load windows, I receive this error message. WTF? Any ideas?
