    Hi so I recently had an issue with my computer which lead me to reset it and afterwards I can't access my bit locker keys because my microsoft account is sending a verification email to an email that doesn't work. I can't receive or can send out emails because it was a school email. The school has shut down and doesn't exist any more so there is no way i can contact them either. I've been trying to contact microsoft to help me change my email that's associated with my account but there is literally no one i can contact without paying a hefty sum of money for a one time issue and the help menu

    remove old school accout

    Hi Anders,

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Open the Settings App.

    Go to Accounts.

    Select Emails and Accounts, is school Email listed there, if it is, is there an option to disconnect (not remove) from that account?

    Select Access Work or School, is school Email listed there, if it is, is there an option to disconnect (not remove) from that account?

    On the left, click 'Your Info' is that school account listed on that page?
