    My Google account was breached, and my microsoft account was also breached.


    Yesterday a lot of my accounts got hacked and the hacker changed the password and email for most of them, making me have to go to support providing them with information that supports my claims that it is my account. I noticed they managed to change my email on my microsoft account and stole it too, and now im stuck on this new account, with both my laptop and my pc still on the old account but no way to access it. I fear if i turn it off i wont be able to log on and i`ll have to factory reset both in order to login with my new microsoft account, is there a way for me to provide customer servi

    Hi Pirozkhi. Welcome to the TenForums @Pirozkhi

    First because you used your gmail name as your Microsoft name does not mean you account is breach. Each environment used its own validation process. So is it safe to assume that your password to your gmail account is different than your password to your microsoft account.


    What do you mean you lost your gmail account. If you try to log on to it has the hacker change the password. Have you tried to regain control by verifying yourself through an alternate method. Like send a code to phone, send a recovery email.

    You really need to gain control back over this account.

    I just found out through google one's scan that my data has been breached on the dark web. It includes my email as well as a username, which I used to create an account on the website "cutout.pro". I immediately went to the website, reset my password to that website, and then deleted my account from there. When I ran a google one scan once again, the breach is still there, from the date March 6, 2024. Please help me out. I'm very concerned. My password is strong though and 2 step verification and other safety measures provided by Google are already "on". What should I do now? The email which got breached is very precious to me and I can't delete my google account of that email.
