    My Gpu is acting weird ever since second gpu + monitor installed


    I installed my second gpu gt 710 and connected it to my second monitor. It was all fine until now, for some reason, when using my second monitor, the first gpu 1660 super usage increases even though its not connected and my second gpu usage is 0% and I just went on youtube and the gpu usage spiked to 100% and the screen went black which never happened before, also, strangely, only one of the fans of the first gpu is working and in general, my gpu usage is increased a lot more than usual doing non hardware intensive activities e.g. browsing. What is going on? Someone please help me!
