    My GPU is going from 0-100% while idle, and CPU turns 100% when running any game.


    The problem started when I downloaded Docker DesktopI've used Docker Desktop on my laptop, without any problems. Docker Desktop decides that it won't work, and the GPU goes crazy with spikes and stuttering making low use interactions like typing and going to settings laggy.I closed Docker Desktop and uninstalled it, thinking that would fix it but it didn't. I've have done a factory reset that also didn't fix the problem. Task manager is showing that it is Desktop windows manager who is mostly responsible for the high GPU usage.     CPU Usage 100% and idle process is 100%

    My CPU usage shows permanently 100% in task manager (in "Processes" tab) even my system idle process (in "Details" tab) is almost 100% and the CPU runs hot - fan is permanently on - CPU speed (in "Performance" tab) is always a bit above maximum speed!!!
    McAfee doen't show any virus problem. HP Spectre.

    100% CPU and GPU usage

    Everything was fine until yesterday. Today it started with 100% CPU and GPU usage in Apex Legends. Upon further checks, its happening in all the games - Rainbow 6, GTA V. I do have a very strong feeling that it has something to do with windows, as we all
    have seen 100% CPU usage bug in the past.

    MSI 1060 6GB

    Was working fine not it just crashes my game the game is Tom Clancys Rainbow six siege but I can barely also start up other games
