Windows 10: My GPU isnt functioning

I just updated my GPU driver to its latest version i have a GTX1050 and after i restarted my PC my gpu just doesnt work i go on the task manager and its not there i went on the device manager and the following message appears under device status "A driver service for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver maybe providing this functionallity code 32" how do i fix this?

• Tap F2 ( Function Key).
• Then type the name and enter.

I would like to suggest 2 more things if you don't mind,
1. Seat the GPU in another slot, if possible, and see if that helps anything
2. Use the GPU in another system, if possible, this is a step to determine that it is really the GPU and not multiple defective slots or something else from the system.
