I have a dell G16 7630 Windows 11, i9-13900HX, integrated intel UHD graphics card and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 8GB , and I connected it to an alienware monitor AW3225QF via HDMI.When I play games sometimes I encounter my GPU randomly shutting down and the monitor saying "no display input signal found", my PC shuts down after a while, sometimes it shows me a blue screen with the error message "video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error."My GPU would still be at around 70 percent utilization and I still get this issues.Troubleshooting I Tried : 1 Checked wether my Laptop and GPU are getting enough power a

Laptop suddenly stopped recognizing the external monitor

To assist you better, I would like to ask if the laptop is unable to recognize only the external monitor or other external devices also.

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
• Click on “Hardware and Devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.

My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...

Laptop External Monitor Problem

Thank you once again, I will explain:

• Today 10th November 2016 - After monitor eventually successfully connects to my HP laptop, in my absence when the laptop/monitor powers off, I get NO re-connection problems during the day
• Tomorrow 11th November 2016 - After laptop and monitor has been restarted following, shut-down, power offs(laptop + monitor) I will be stuck once again with exactly the same problem

In my display settings each morning, my HP laptop shows it is connected to my external monitor, however there is no display on the external monitor for a vast amount of time, just randomly suddenly appears.?
