Windows 10: My GPU seems to not be working according to Task Manager

So I have a 1650 and about 3 days ago it started being iffy, It would display 0% usage on Task Manager I would restart my laptop and it would just work, recently it has totally stopped I checked to see if I needed to update drivers it said I didn't need to but just in case I did install a new driver, now that didn't work and after searching the internet for a while I still couldn't find much on the issue, I've since factory reset only keeping personal files and redownloading windows from the cloud, it took an unusual amount of time maybe 2 hours but after it was done, nothing had changed GPU u

You can now view GPU performance in the Task Manager in Windows 10 if you have a dedicated GPU, the Task Manager will show you performance stats for both the integrated and dedicated GPU since you just mentioned that you've already upgraded your PC to the Fall
Creators Update. But, since the GPU graph is not showing on your PC's Task Manager, there's a possibility that your computer wasn't meet requirements for GPU in the Task Manager. To know more about it, you may check this article:

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

 

Task manager gpu

I have a graphics card installed in my computer and a driver is also installed it's also showing in the device manager but I'm not able see it in my task manager I'm also not getting gpu option by right click on the task or performance bar
