Windows 10: My gpu suddenly become undetected if i idle while using an editing apps

so here is the problem, my gpu has no issues at all whenever it comes at gaming, i`ve played a few heavy games for 8 hours and there`s no issues at allbut when i use an editing apps, such as premiere pro, adobe illustrator, after effect, photoshop, and blender, my gpu is suddenly undetected if i didn`t click anything for like around 5 minutes same things happened if i alt tab to another software, for a long time the software become not responding, and then blackscreen, and then it cames back to normal, my gpu is shown enable on device manager, but its not detected on nvidia geforce experien

GPU Idle Higher on Battery?

My normal GPU idle is about 139MHz; but when it's on battery-saver the GPU idle is 608MHz. Something about the 'battery saver' power option is increasing the GPU idle to 608MHz. This is destroying battery life and making the system run at much higher
idle temperature. Help? System: Dell Inspiron 7000 Gaming (7567)

GPU Idle Higher on Battery?

Hi Greg. Thank you for responding. Here are the responses to your questions;

1. It is currently set to the Balanced power plan. The issue only happens when battery saver is on. The power slider options have no effect either. To be clear, the idle issue does not occur on any other power settings. Battery saver is the ONLY setting
that seems to cause this issue.

2. I've tried multiple drivers including; the drivers directly from Nvidia and the drivers provided by the manufacturer, DELL. No changes. I've also followed your others steps suggested in section 2 of your response.

3. I followed these steps carefully and made sure nothing was running except for Microsoft services and Intel services. All startup programs were disabled in task manger. I turned off all unnecessary task in task scheduler too. All malware scans came back
clean. CCleaner fixed a few registry errors, but those didn't seem to help either. EDIT: Forgot to mention I ran a sfc /scannow and everything is fine. Everything else in the system seems fine; no bugs, no errors, no crashes, no freezes, etc. /END EDIT

4. I performed three new installs. One, doing a 'Fresh Start' from the windows restore section. Second, I created a image with the windows tool. The third, I made using Dells tool which installs factory drivers, settings, etc. None of these installs fixed
the issue.

Maybe this detail is related: I've read other threads where ppl had the same high idle at 608MHz all the time. Others suggested they go into the Nvidia control panel and switch preferred graphics process to Nvida instead of Auto or Integrated. Mine is already
on Nvidia, but just to test I switched it to Auto and then Integrated. Sure enough I got the same 608MHz idle I get when battery saver is on. This detail leads me to suspect that batter saver tells the PC to make a change (whatever that change is) that is
similar to the changes made by the Auto or Integrated option in the Nvidia preferred graphics processor menu. Is it possible that battery saver tells the pc to use the integrated graphics and, for whatever reason, using integrated graphics causes the dedicated
Nvidia GPU to idle high at 608MHz? Maybe it disables Nvidas built in power saving features? Just speculating.
