After installing patch for July 9, 2024-KB5039895 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 and Windows 11, version 23H2 my GPU is taking a lot of performance hit and some games become unplayable, when starting a game it degrades my PC overall performance,For example watch a video on Youtube while the game is running becomes impossible, my ethernet speeds drops with 80% on download and 40% on the upload.After uninstalling this patch all the performance issues are gone.This KB article https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/july-9-2024-kb5039895-cumulativ

July patches

Kindly note that I am trying to install July, June and May approved windows patches for windows server 2012 R2 from the list as shown below:









Kindly note that during the installation the highlighted patches in yellow (July patches) are successfully installed while the unhighlighted one (June and May) are giving me error of compatibility with OS. All of the highlighted patches require KB2919355 to be installed as a perquisite which already installed.



Please advise if this is normal and July patches supersedes the June and May patches or further action has to be taken.

note: .Net 3.5 is installed and enabled
