Windows 10: My gpu using low percentage and getting low performance.

Hello, when i play some games my gpu uses 40-30% of its power and like 30% or vram with cpu usage being 10-20% and barely getting 60 fps.I know my pc can handle more because i saw a benchmark which used 100% of gpu and about 60-70% cpu with 40% vram getting easly 160-170 fps.I am refearing to beamng.drive in this situation because its mostly noticable there.My specs are 4080 super32gb ddr5 ram7800x3dMy pc already has high performance plan as well as all the games i play.Thank you!

GPU low performance

hello!

i have this pc :

- Core 2 Quad Q9550 2.83GHz

- 4x2GB RAM 1333Hz

- Gigabyte GA-EP41T-UD3L DDR3

- Msi GT 1030 2GB (DDR4) oc

- 350w FSP power supply

so i bought an RX 550 4GB G-DDR5 and before installing it i uninstalled the old GT 1030 driver using DDU and installed the new GPU and the driver for it from the official website and i got low fps on all games and the card was like not doing any performance
better then my old one in the matter of fact it was doing lower performance then my old GPU (the gt 1030) even tho i changed the setting's to eSports mode... so i uninstalled the driver's of the RX 550 and installed my old GPU again and what happens is that
my old GPU is started to do like less 20-25 fps in all games... i uninstalled the driver's and install it again and still having same problem... i tested the RX 550 on a better motherboard/CPU and it was working greatly so i guess my PC didn't handle the RX
550 but my problem now is that my old GPU is doing lower performance, why ? and could the RX 550 effects my PC especially my motherboard "because it was kinda overheating" ? is it driver problem ? many questions in my head that made me surrender and ask here
and see if i can get any help or accurate answer for why my old GPU is doing less 20 to 25 fps and why my RX 550 GPU didn't work on my PC

 

low cpu percentage but extremely low performance

I've had my laptop for a year now it was working great until this morning, it was lagging alot so I checked the task manager and it showed that my cpu usage is very low,it wouldn't even exceed 10% and my ram was about 40-45%. I waited for awhile thinking
that it was just loading. after an hour I checked my laptop and it was still lagging it takes more than 2min to load something and its really frustraiting so I need help

Why is my cpu and gpu performance low?

Why is my cpu and gpu performance low? My cpu usage is anywhere from 2-14% on a AMD ryzen 5 5600x 6-core processor and GPU at 1% on a Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060. I first noticed it today when trying to download COD MW. Noticed my downloading speed repeatedly go up to 88 mb/s back down to 0. Speed tests are looking good. Is this an issue with the physical components?
