Windows 10: My GPU when I am playing is on 80+ degrees. Can you help me cool down my PC?

Desktop PC crashes and shuts down after playing some games for a few minutes.

There's integrated graphics yeah, the motherboard is an asus p8z77-v pro. I can't tell you very much more because I was never good at remembering that stuff so I made a rig list on Overclock.net but the rig I made got deleted or something.

I have an SSD for windows and the GPU is liquid cooled.

Would I be able to run HotS like that? I should also mention that my temps have not been great for a while now. Up in the 80s (degrees) and sometimes 90s range. The strange thing is that that's Overwatch, other games like HotS peak at 60 and crash the PC.

 

Cool Edit Pro2 not playing

Editing the registry did not help. I had already done what was suggested in this thread and that is how I was able to get Cool Edit Pro to work on Windows 7. After I upgraded to Windows 10 I had to start running in compatibility mode or Adminstrator for
it to work, but since I updated to 2004 version it will open the program in Administrator, I can cut, resize and edit all I want to whatever music file I open up, but it just will not play it. The play button is grayed out and it will not play.

 

Background Recording Services Eating Up 80% GPU Usage

Recently my GPU has been fluctuating from anywhere between 20-60% GPU usage just from having nvidia geoforce instant replay and xbox game DVR recording in the background. It shoots up to 80-90% when
I just have Steam open in the background. I've always left both services constantly recording every day for the past 6 months even when I'm not playing games and the GPU usage never went anywhere even close to his this high of a percentage. I have an RTX 2070
Super and I used to play modern games like Doom Eternal with high settings at 1440p 100+ FPS with both services recording in the background and my GPU always sat around in the 80-90% usage area, now I'm getting that without even having a game booted up. And
if I try booting up pretty much any game the GPU sits at a consistent 100% with performance drops when beforehand I had never seen it reach 100% for even a second. I just started PC gaming for the first time this year with this new computer and I'm honestly
at a loss for why this suddenly started happening, so any help and ideas would be appreciated as I'm not super knowledgeable with this kind of stuff. Thanks
