Windows 10: My GPU won’t get a display and my other is stuck on really low resolution

So I upgraded a new mobo, cpu, and ram and I forgot to reinstall windows, but when I did it changed the resolution of my monitor. I tried restarting my computer no luck, I tried another gpu that worked but my other didn’t. At some point I tried reinstalling windows again and wiping my computer completely but when I went through all of the options and booted back into window the same thing happened on this other graphics card. I searched around for some help and when i tried to update the drivers like it said nothing, it also wasn’t labeled as graphics card or gpu it was labeled as PCIE someth

4870x2 won't display at 1680x1050 at all!

OK. Now I know what ur problem is. Step by step:
1. Go to Catalyst Control Center
2. Click on the word "Graphic" right on top left corner. It will display drop down menu
3. Click on Display monitor and will see the list of monitor at near bottom
4. Right Click the monitor and select "Configure". It will show up the window
5. There will be 3 option to select. Select the middle one and then click on the tab which show the bar with 15%.
6. Drag the bar to max, and the screen will stretch to the native resolution 1680x1050.
7. Also click the tab with showing RGB drop down list and select the last one (it will change to image quality for pc).

Install if there are nay pending updates through Windows updates before performing below step.

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the display driver then try to change the screen resolution.

Follow the steps given below to uninstall and reinstall the display drivers.

• Press Windows key +
  X and select Device Manager.
• Search for Display Adapters and expand it.
• Right click on the display Adapters and select Uninstall.

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to contact the manufacturer to download the latest display adapters.

Monitor not displaying correct resolution on onboard GPU

I have been having an issue with the resolution of my computer screen on the onboard GPU. The only resolutions I have to select from are 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024, or 1600x1200 at 64 Hz. My motherboard is an Intel s2600cp, and the adapter just
reads "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter (Low Resolution)". THe monitor I am currently using is the Dell IN1910NB, but this occurs with every monitor I connect to that port.
