    My grandparents’ computer won’t come back on


    Hello!

    I just read a similar post but, sadly, was unable to find something to help with my grandparents’ machine. My grandfather says that he was checking out a site that he goes on quite frequently called 24hourcampfire.com when, quite suddenly, the screen went blue with the word “Locked” printed above a white buffering circle before going completely black. They have taken the battery out and put it back in several times, we’ve tried holding the power button down to see if any of the hardware pieces start to move both with the battery in and with the charger being the sole power source and it has so far done nothing. The fans dont come back on, none of the lights so much as flicker, and the screen stays completely black. I am afraid they might have accidentally gotten some kind of spyware or malware but, as i have never personally experienced this and i am not right there with the laptop to see what is happening, i was hoping someone would be so kind as to help us? It would be greatly appreciated!

    A program won't come to the foreground (Windows 10)

    I have a program (QGIS, which uses QT5) that will not come to the foreground. It starts maximized (that's fine) but it stays behind all my other programs. It can be focused, and I can work in QGIS, but any non-minimized programs stay in front of it.

    I have tried the AutoHotKey script suggested in an answer in this post:
    Program windows won't come to foreground when selected in Windows 8.1 but it didn't help.
