Windows 10: My Hard Drive Failed, Do I Still Have Windows 10?

Hi, I've had the same PC for about 6 Years now, It was the first PC i ever got and ive upgraded it a bit since New CPU, GPU, etc.. But Before i had the chance, My hard drive recently failed. I never made any USB backups of windows 10, And i Never Saved The Liscense Key Honestly I Never Thought of It. I Wanted to know If i buy a new hard drive, can i still use the same Windows 10 Liscense? If So, How can i do so? If Not, Does That mean i have to buy a completely new copy of Windows 10?

  Did you get any error messages while using the failed hard drive?

  When you say failed hard drive, are you referring to external hard drive or internal hard drive?
