Windows 10: My hard drive got bitlocker after i reinstalled windows and recovery keys are also not...

so i reinstalled my windows 11 and my hdd got bitlocker after clean install i dont remember any time i turned on bitlocker how it got bitlocked idk man

Bitlocker recovery key for an external hard drive

Miguel: My Dell laptop Latitude 5590 has been rendered useless by a command update. After the update the laptop is asking for my bitlocker recovery key but BitLocker isn't on my laptop. Dell says I have to reinstall the hard drive but I am told it will still ask for the bitlocker recovery key. Any ideas?

Actually, I can't access to my hard drive because my laptop can't power on and the repair centre changed the PCB to fix the problem. After that, the Window has to be installed again if I can't provide the BitLocker Recovery Key. When I reinstall the Window,
all my data in hard drive will be disappeared.

What is your suggestion to recovery my hard drive?
