Windows 10: My hard drive isn't being recognised when I try to download games.

I've been trying to fix this issue for many days now as I have wanted to download games from the game pass. For the most part it was working perfectly fine but then the release of Forza Horizon 5 came along and I tried to install it only to not be able to select my D: drive and only my C: drive. I have tried restarting my PC, updating apps, updating my pc, repairing apps, reseting data, deleting apps, and nothing has worked, no matter the solution I try and find, nothing is working and I just wanna download games again. Internal secondary hard drive not recognised

After fitting SSD (C: drive) to my Win10 machine I connected the old hard drive as a secondary storage drive.

Win10 does not "see" it!
But Belarc Adviser "sees" the hard drive!

How to force Win 10 to recognise the secondary drive? Simple steps please for a non-techie.

We may be able to suggest solutions or probable causes for the external drive's not showing up, if we knew the model numbers. *Smile


Might want to see what CrystalDiskInfo has to say about your external drives.
It will show the model numbers also.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
